From Project Management in the factory build & launch, to becoming manufacturing General Manager leading 700+ people and producing over 2 million MINIs. We delivered major facility & engineering projects, launched new models, pioneered world-first processes & IT technologies, embedded the Toyota-based Lean Manufacturing system and built an incredible team (much of which still sets the standard today).
